Client: Cloud 19 Media

Project: Redesigning Internal Dashboard for Enhanced Project Management

My Role: Lead Designer/User Experience (UX) Designer

Background:

Cloud 19 Media faced challenges with their internal dashboard lacking functionality, resulting in time-consuming project lookups. The objective was to create a centralized and efficient view for employees, improving project status tracking, asset management, and overall productivity.

Work:

The challenge was to redesign the company's internal dashboard, which lacked dashboard functionality and caused time-consuming project lookups. The goal was to provide employees with a centralized and efficient view of project statuses, including asset tracking, new projects, invoice status, and search capability.

I conducted interviews and gathered feedback from project management personnel to understand pain points and analyzed existing tools to identify limitations. With these research insights, I designed an intuitive dashboard with project cards displaying key details, color-coded indicators, filtering, search functions, notifications, and responsive design for accessibility.

This streamlined project management processes, improving productivity and efficiency.
